Scotiabank merupakan reka bentuk dalaman korporat untuk sebuah pejabat seluas 12,000 meter persegi di Mexico City. Susun aturnya menggunakan ruang terbuka untuk mewujudkan suasana kerja yang tenang dan teratur. Marmar, kaca, kayu, karpet dan perabot digabungkan untuk menentukan pelbagai kawasan. Warna-warna hangat mendominasi, manakala nada-nada terang pada dinding, tiang dan karpet mengukuhkan identiti korporat. Cahaya semula jadi dan elemen hijau menyokong kesejahteraan pekerja. Kawasan kerja berpasukan menggalakkan kerjasama dan interaksi. Reka bentuk ini turut mematuhi kriteria kelestarian, termasuk penggunaan tenaga yang rendah dan bahan yang seragam.

- The design of these offices takes into account the theme of sustainable operation, which includes low energy consumption, light levels below standard, and the standardization of materials. The finishes play an integral part in the project, combining elements in a way that complements each other. We incorporate marble, carpets, glass, wood, and furniture to highlight the transformation of different spaces. Overall, warm colors dominate the project, but bright tones were used at key points (walls, columns, carpets) according to a color palette that unifies the image and reinforces the corporate identity.
