Byhealth Max ialah siri pembungkusan untuk suplemen pemakanan. Reka bentuknya diilhamkan oleh geometri berlian yang telah dipotong. Proses tatasusunan kanta Fresnel menghasilkan semula bentuk berfaset dan tekstur permukaan pemantul cahaya seperti berlian. Motif berlian di bahagian tengah bersambung merentasi panel hadapan dan sisi tanpa terputus. Kertas khas dengan tekstur sutera brokat digunakan sebagai bahan utama. Ciri-Ciri Unik: As a Nutritional supplement brand, Byhealth is committed to developing science supported nutritional products with rigorous scientific standards. The newly launched Byhealth Max series represents the brand's first flagship product line.
Diamond inspired elements are incorporated throughout the packaging, including its design, structure, and surface patterns. Using the Fresnel lens array process, the packaging reproduces the geometric form and surface texture of cut diamonds, producing a three dimensional visual effect with clearly defined facets. This level of detail in execution reflects Byhealth's focus on "Precise Nutrition."
To reinforce the three dimensional appearance, the central diamond motif extends continuously across the front and side panels. The design bridges these surfaces without interruption, maintaining the integrity of the diamond form and its layered light effects from multiple viewing angles, addressing the visual constraints typical of conventional packaging formats.
The typography adopts a minimalist approach. This layout supports the brand’s professional character and prioritizes clarity through a clean and uncluttered composition.
For the protein powder packaging, a “diamond cut unboxing structure" delivers a ceremonial experience. From visual presentation to tactile feel, this design fully showcases the product’s status as the brand’s top tier offering, delivering an exclusive and prestigious consumer experience.

Teknologi Pengeluaran: The packaging utilizes the Fresnel lens array process to reproduce the visual appearance and surface texture of cut diamonds. This technology creates a tactile 3D structure that enhances the geometric clarity of the design through precise light refraction.
Specialty paper with a brocade silk texture was selected as the primary packaging material. Brocade silk is a traditional Chinese textile historically used in ceremonial garments and the wrapping of valued objects, associated with cultural connotations of auspiciousness and social status.
The protein powder packaging features an oblique opening structure combined with a custom display tray. This configuration supports consistent handling during unpacking and provides functional benefits such as product stabilization and impact absorption during transport.
All materials and inks used across the product line are environmentally friendly and certified by SGS, reflecting the brand’s alignment with sustainable development principles.
Cabaran Reka Bentuk: The core challenge of this design was to move beyond conventional approaches in nutritional supplement packaging, establish a product image consistent with the brand's market positioning, and maintain cost efficiency to support practical implementation.
To address these requirements, the design team carried out multiple rounds of sampling tests, iteratively refining process parameters such as embossing and laser engraving to ensure the final output aligned with the intended design direction. At the same time, the protein powder outer box features a diagonal-cut opening structure, which increased the complexity of component alignment and assembly. The team responded by adjusting tolerances in the structural design and coordinating closely with manufacturing partners to ensure dimensional accuracy and smooth user interaction during unboxing.
Penyelidikan: This study is a product packaging innovation design research, aiming to support the brand's first flagship series of dietary supplements in differentiating from conventional category conventions and communicating its market positioning through packaging design.
Using an iterative design optimization approach, the research integrates user demand surveys and prototyping tests, with multiple rounds of investigation focused on the target consumer groups. After successive refinements by the design team, a packaging solution that balances visual communication and user experience was finalized.
The core insight is that effective packaging design for this category requires alignment between visual expression and production feasibility, while responding accurately to user expectations. The outcomes offer a practical and implementable reference for packaging design of dietary supplements, contributing to brand recognition and providing a replicable case for industry application.
Inspirasi: The inspiration for this design comes from the optical properties of diamonds. Through precise control of technical details, the design team has recreated the visual appearance and surface texture associated with cut diamonds, aligning with Byhealth's brand philosophy of "Precise Nutrition." In addition, the packaging structure is designed to create a distinct unboxing sequence, which supports the product's positioning in the higher price segment of the market.
Tempoh Projek: This project was launched in Guangzhou, Guangdong in January 2025, with the design completed after six months of dedicated work.
