Heart in Bloom ialah sebuah cincin yang diperbuat daripada emas 18K dan dihiasi dengan nilam berwarna pic berbentuk hati seberat 1.1 karat. Struktur terbuka dan tidak simetri ini sesuai untuk pelbagai saiz jari dan kekal stabil melalui pengagihan berat yang seimbang. Nilam tersebut tidak dijadikan titik tumpuan yang tetap, sebaliknya muncul dalam bentuk bercabang yang sebahagiannya melitupi batu permata itu. Cabang-cabang berbentuk arca menjulur keluar dan membentuk hubungan berlapis yang mewujudkan rasa keringanan.
