About Both Boutique & Music Butik, Interior Kedai Rekod

Kedua-dua Butik dan Muzik merupakan projek interior runcit di Red Town, sebuah bekas kilang besi di Shanghai yang kini menjadi kawasan seni arca. Skema ini merangkumi sebuah butik seluas 370 meter persegi dan sebuah kedai muzik seluas 170 meter persegi yang disusun pada dua aras. Reka bentuk ini dibina berdasarkan idea kontras antara Barat dan Timur, lama dan baharu, serta statik dan dinamik. Butik ini diperlakukan sebagai jambatan yang membawa barangan dari seluruh dunia, manakala kedai muzik pula disusun atur berdasarkan tindakan menumpukan perhatian. Suasana taman seni di sekelilingnya dikekalkan bagi menggalakkan interaksi dalam kalangan penduduk setempat.

Unique Properties: Red Town is place where an ironworks in Shanghai was renovation.
This great outdoor hangout spot has itself into one of Shanghai’s most popular Sculpture art districts. With galleries, cafes, exhibition spaces and creative offices, Red Town makes a great place for casual meetings and quietly working off the grid. There is also a large grassy area for reading, relaxing, doodling, picnicing and whatever it is that people.
Both Boutique and Music Store is there.

Production Technology: The Boutique as a "bridge", music store is set to "Re-cord (focusing)."

Inspiration: "Life is in contrast to the establishment." This is a very important concept to tell BOTH keywords.People for negative cognitive dark things, is through positive experiences come to light.Similarly, it is also because of the negative, dark things, in order to more deeply know, understand what is light.Western and Eastern, old and new, static and dynamic, it is so under "cotrast" interactions.
