About Montecarmelo Townhouses Djar tat-Terrazza għall-Familji
Il-Montecarmelo Townhouses huwa proġett ta' djar għall-familji f'Madrid, Spanja. Id-disinn jirrispondi għal viċinat ta' djar bit-terrazza b'dehra ripetittiva u allinjata. Il-faċċati huma miksija b'gradilji tal-briks mhux maħduma li jdellu l-intern mix-xemx. L-idea ġejja minn sistemi tradizzjonali ta' protezzjoni mix-xemx, bħall-purtieri tal-esparto misjuba fl-arkitettura vernakolari tan-nofsinhar u tal-lvant ta' Spanja. Il-briks huma akbar mid-daqs standard u tqiegħdu vertikalment. Iż-żona mibnija hija ta' 586.4 metru kwadru. Ix-xogħol twettaq bejn Ottubru 2017 u Marzu 2019.
