About MGY Base Bini tal-Uffiċċju
Il-MGY Base huwa bini tal-uffiċċju għal marka tal-ħwejjeġ f'Tokjo, il-Ġappun. Id-disinn isegwi l-idea ta' bażi sigrieta fejn in-nies jixtiequ jinġabru. Is-sular ewlieni għoli 6 metri, u faċċata kbira tal-ħġieġ tagħti l-impressjoni ta' spazju semi-miftuħ. Xibka tal-wajer fil-loft, dawl bl-istil industrijali, u tagħmir magħmul mill-ħadid u mill-scaffolding jappoġġjaw l-istess tema. Il-bini għandu struttura tal-konkos armat u erja totali tal-art ta' 124 metru kwadru. L-interjur miftuħ huwa maħsub biex jinkoraġġixxi l-komunikazzjoni u xogħol komdu.

Unified with design ideas that make the brand playful, such as mesh mezzanine. - Inspiration
- We tried to design an office that is a third-place that makes you want to assemble and work.
A place
1. where the clients and business associates would like to go and want to gather.
2. where the staff feel comfortable and want to work longer.
3. that is unique and playful.
We designed an office with these three points in mind to give a sense of the brand's personality. - Project Duration
- Project completed in 15/09/2018
Project Location: 3-30 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan - Operation Flow
- Efficiency from the management perspective, offices are increasingly being consolidated into urban areas and are expanding in size. At the same time, more and more start-up companies and companies with an awareness of design management are creating unique offices with an emphasis on quality and design. Against this backdrop, the COVID-19 has called into question the meaning of the office. This was an opportunity to rethink the meaning of working and gathering in one place.
