About Taichung One Palace Residence Disinn Intern ta' Appartament Kampjun

Ir-Residenza Taichung One Palace hija appartament kampjun li jinsab f'distrett prestigjuż ta' Taichung, it-Tajwan. Ir-residenza tkopri 340 metru kwadru u tuża l-irħam, il-fojl tal-injam, il-metall imbroxxat u l-kisi tal-ħitan. L-area pubblika hija maqsuma f'tliet żoni għall-ħajja, l-ikel u l-istudju, iżda tinqara bħala spazju kontinwu wieħed permezz ta' elementi solidi u trasparenti. Il-kuntrasti bejn it-trasparenti u s-solidu, u bejn il-forom kurvi u dritti, jiddefinixxu d-disinn. It-tonalitajiet tad-deheb u l-karatteristiċi tal-ilma jirreferu għall-ġid fil-Feng Shui tradizzjonali Ċiniż. Ir-riżultat jibbilanċja karattru tradizzjonali u modern.

Design Challenge
Due to the stereotype of clients to luxury show flat, Chen-Han’s unique design was once questioned, yet relied on what he worked in Milan and his experiences, integrated resources from Italy and Taiwan, he accomplished a dazzling project as a luxury show flat which wins him trust and compliment from clients.
Research
Chen-Han Yang concluded the living experience and visual impact what the high-end clients expected. All materials and furniture in the project are chosen for implicit meaning between traditional and contemporary, furthermore for visual extending. Each scale and length are checked and interviewed by Chen-Han Yang, the accuracy of spatial flow provides the best living experience.
Inspiration
The designer believes that space could be divided by function; however, life should be continuous and endless. Visions of life should not be shaded but should penetrate through solid objects to have a broader and various view of space. By limiting the limitation, fuse the confusion, and balance perfectly between dynamic and static. The designer sticks to his adherence to spatial flow and scale also interpret his own definition of luxury.
Project Duration
The project started in February 2020 in Taichung, Taiwan and finished in September 2020.
Operation Flow
As a luxury show flat, Chen-Han reconstructed spatial flow. He also divided the public area into three districts for living, dining, and study, but still as one space in view by using the skill of design as well as solid and transparent elements. Mixing the color gold and the element water in modern design, which both implicate “wealth “ in traditional Chinese Feng Shui creates luxury experience for the high-end and elite clients.
