Wenzhou Vanke Center huwa bini kummerċjali u tal-uffiċċju fid-Distrett ta' Lucheng, Wenzhou, iċ-Ċina. Id-disinn japplika l-idea ta' belt Shan-shui, u jġib elementi tradizzjonali Ċiniżi bħal pil, għoljiet, nixxigħat u mogħdijiet fi ħdan struttura moderna. Pjanċi taċ-ċeramika, folji tal-aluminju u ħġieġ stampat jifformaw il-faċċata, flimkien ma' kaskata ddawwal, taraġ fil-forma ta' ġebel u forom ta' pil tal-aluminju. Pjazza mal-baħar u taraġ kbir jgħaqqdu l-ħwienet mal-parkijiet fil-qrib, filwaqt li s-siġar fuq in-naħa tal-lvant inaqqsu l-istorbju. - Unique Properties
- Wenzhou Vanke Center is located in the central core area of Lucheng District, where the Wenzhou city's top resources and supporting infrastructures are.The basic concept of the design is to create a Shan-shui City, trying to bring traditional Chinese aesthetic elements such as bamboos, hills, streams, mounts, and paths back to the modern building.

- Design Challenge
- The user's comfort is an important consideration in the design. How to add naturally ventilated window sashes to the facade of glass curtain wall was one of the problems to be solved in this project. The designer finally hided the window in the aluminum line, which not only emphasized the rhythm of the facade, but also provided the possibility for the internal wall setting.
- Inspiration
- Chinese traditional paitings are the most important inspiration for the design. With a lighting waterfall, stone-shaped steps and aluminum bamboos, the building calls back the old times using modern materials.
- Project Duration
- The project started in November 2018 in Wenzhou and finished in September 2020 in Wenzhou,China.
- Operation Flow
- In order to secure the building functions better, waterfront square and big steps are set on the west side to connect the commerce with the surrounding parks, attract people and increase the vitality of the business; On the east side, trees are used to isolate the noise on the outside and provide a quiet place for work. A runway is set on the top floor of the tower to provide a place for workers to exercise and rest.
