About The Porthole Dawl tal-Ħajt

Il-Porthole huwa dawl tal-ħajt ispirat mit-tieqa ta' kabina ta' ajruplan. Id-dawl jiġi kkontrollat billi t-tabella tal-parasole tiġi mkaxkra 'l fuq. Il-lampa ssir aktar qawwija hekk kif il-parasole tinfetaħ, u tilħaq id-dija sħiħa meta t-tabella tkun miftuħa għal kollox. Il-forma familjari tagħmel it-tħaddim faċli biex jinftiehem mingħajr istruzzjonijiet. Il-panew tal-LED huwa miksi b'nanopartikuli ta' perossidu tas-sodju li jxerrdu d-dawl u jisseparaw il-frekwenzi tad-dawl differenti, u b'hekk jagħtu effett simili għal dak tad-dawl tax-xemx li jgħaddi mill-atmosfera. Id-dawl tal-ħajt ikejjel 225 bi 300 bi 55 millimetru.

which can scatter light and decompose light of different wavelengths. The principle is similar to that of sunlight passing through the atmosphere, showing a lighting effect similar to that of sunlight.
Design Challenge: The challenge comes in controlling the lightness by sliding the glareshield. This kind of controlling is the hardest part to realize.
Research: The wall light is not only an object hang on the wall. As it's on, its lighting panel can bring unlimited imagination. With creative design touches emotion , the light does not have to make people feel like a light, and the space people in does not have to feel like its in there room. This kind of "emotional" wall light is in lack.
Inspiration: The inspiration is taken from the porthole of the airplane. Every time on the plane, the joy and the excitement for the trip inside my body. When turn up the window and light exudes,it feels like turn on the light. The wall light will remind people of their time spent on the airplane, heading to destination on travel, and full of joy and excitement. We want to bring these feelings to people, especially under the Coronavirus when people have to stay at home, we may feel lonely, sad, depressed, but when we turn up the light, look through “The Porthole”, it seems like we are on the plane at present, looking out the window, ready to face a brand new day.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2021 and finished in Feburary 2022 in Shanghai.
Operation Flow: The lamp lights up in an attractive way by pulling up the window shade, the light becomes brighter while slowly opening the window. When the panel is completely open, the lamp will at its brightest.
