Fil-manifattura tradizzjonali, kull apparat u għodda bil-mutur jeħtieġ il-mutur tiegħu stess minkejja li spiss jintuża biss għal ħin qasir, u dan jirriżulta fi ħela sostanzjali ta' riżorsi. Billi jerġa' jiġi ddisinjat il-mutur bħala qalba universali, unità waħda tista' tiġi installata malajr f'diversi moduli interkambjabbli. L-utenti jistgħu jixtru aċċessorji differenti tal-apparat u jdaħħlu l-qalba tal-mutur komuni kull meta jkun hemm bżonn, u b'hekk jitnaqqas drastikament in-numru totali ta' muturi meħtieġa u titrażżan b'mod effettiv il-produzzjoni eċċessiva.

Unique Properties: The motor is used as the core of a series of home appliances and power tools. The design of the motor can be quickly installed in different modules to reduce the number of motors needed for home appliances. It allows users to obtain different modules and install the motor core in various home appliances modules when required. It effectively solves the problem of overproduction to avoid waste.

Production Technology: SLA 3D printing plastic
Design Challenge: During the design process, I met the challenge choosing specific home appliance and tool that have motor in it. Then end up decide the module by the using scenario and the size of the motor it using.
Research: The Human factor design and the way to install the modules have been done in generation of prototypes.
Inspiration: In many appliances and tools production processes, each product requires a motor, but the time of using the product is short, resulting in a waste of resources.
Project Duration: The project started in November 2021 and finished in January 2022 in Taipei.
Operation Flow: Motor 1 uses the concept of changing magazines to design a modular motor that can be quickly installed, as well as a series of home appliances and garden tools, reducing the overproduction and long blank periods of use.
