MCC Shengshi International Plaza huwa kumpless ta' bini b'użu mħallat f'Zhuhai, Guangdong, iċ-Ċina. Il-kumpless jinsab fuq il-Gżira ta' Hengqin, qrib il-Pont tal-Lotus li jgħaqqad ma' Cotai, il-Makaw. L-iżvilupp fih żewġ torrijiet għoljin għall-uffiċċji, podju kummerċjali, ġnien fuq il-bejt u pixxina. Il-forma streamlined hija ispirata mill-moviment tal-għawm tal-ħuta dragun. Id-disinn tal-faċċata jirreferi għall-mewġ tar-riħ u juża pjanċi tal-aluminju f'forma ta' mewġ li jipprovdu dell u jappoġġjaw l-iffrankar tal-enerġija. Is-soqfa ħodor itejbu l-iżolament u jnaqqsu l-akkwist tas-sħana fis-sular ta' fuq.

- Hengqin MCC Shengshi International Plaza mix-use project is located on the Hengqin Island in Zhuhai, in close proximity to the Lotus Bridge that links to Cotai, Macau. As the Bridgehead of Zhuhai-Macau port, Zhuhai Hengqin mix-use project impresses people with streamline appearance and abundant mix-use programs: two high-rise office tower, podium retail, and rooftop garden. Abundant Architectural form not only enriched city skyline but also fulfil functional and planning requirements.

- Production Technology
- The facade design concept is inspired by wind wave. Wave-shaped aluminum plate and streamlined building form offers integrated port icon with multi-level details. Also aluminum plate on the facade contribute to energy saving by shading sunshine.
Green roofs can improve the performance of roof insulation, effectively reduce the heat gain through the roof for the top floor. - Research
- The project is located on the Hengqin Islandin Zhuhai, in close proximity to the Lotus Bridge that links to Cotai, Macau. As the Bridgehead of Zhuhai-Macau port, Zhuhai Hengqin mix-use project impresses people with streamline appearance and abundant mix-use programs: two high-rise office tower, podium retail, and infinity pool. The design concept is inspired by elegant cruising movement of Dragon Fish. The contour of streamlined tower and Dragon Fish dynamic physique echoes perfectly.
- Inspiration
- Zhuhai MCC Shengshi International Plaza project is inspired by Dragon Fish tail shape, mixed-use project with its dynamic lines creates a sense of the era of the portal image and reshapes the skyline of Hengqin area which enrich urban space with Artistic sense.
The facade design concept is inspired by wind wave. Wave-shaped aluminum plate and streamlined building form offers integrated port icon with multi-level details. - Project Duration
- The project started in January 2017 in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China.
- Operation Flow
- A fluid form inspired by the dragon fish. The design heeds to details with respect to the atrium spaces in the development. For instance, the tall, cavernous space in the tower is topped with a glass canopy to introduce natural light into the interior while adding vitality to the roof garden. The outlines of the rooftop commercial villa and the podium echo each other.
