Dwar Bangkok Lampa Pendenti
Bangkok hija lampa pendenti ispirata mill-arkitettura f'saffi tat-tempji Tajlandiżi antiki. Is-silhouette kienet ibbażata fuq it-tempju tal-Buddha tas-Smeralt f'Bangkok, imfissra mill-ġdid f'forom konċiżi. Kull lampa hija ffurmata minn żewġ jew tliet elementi tal-ħġieġ imqiegħda f'saffi, li jfakkru fit-twieqi tad-dawl li jimlew it-tempji Tajlandiżi bid-dawl. Il-ħġieġ ikkulurit ileqq joħloq dwal qawwija fuq kull naħa, filwaqt li verżjoni trasparenti tippermetti kompożizzjonijiet imħallta. Boards LED b'diffużuri matt fil-parti ta' fuq u ta' isfel jipproduċu dawl artab u mxerred.

- Proprjetajiet Uniċi
- Since the tiered design of Thai architecture was taken as the basis, lamps consist of two or three glass elements. The basis for the silhouettes of the lamps was taken by the temple of the "Emerald Buddha" in Bangkok. However, they were stylized in more concise topical forms, in a way that the lamp is completely illuminated by light flux, like the interior of Thai temples. LED boards covered with matte diffusers were used at the top and bottom in order to create diffuse soft lighting.

- Teknoloġija tal-Produzzjoni
- When selecting materials, the materials of Thai architecture were analyzed. Externally, temples are often covered with glossy gold. Thanks to this, an interesting play of light and glare appears. Therefore, glossy tinted glass was chosen. In such a way, the lamps on all sides are covered with bright highlights. A luminaire with transparent glass was also created to create compositions from luminaires with transparent and tinted glass.
The lamps are presented in three designs so that they fit together and resemble temple complexes. In addition the principle of customization of elements was applied in them. Some of the elements in them are repeated in order to reduce environmental damage in mold manufacturing. - Sfida tad-Disinn
- An important task in the research process was to study the properties of light, computer modeling of the distribution of light flux and the appearance of glare on the glass. In addition, much attention was paid to the quality of LEDs so that the lamp served the user for many years. Moreover, the use of the principles of customization was used to create molds to reduce production resources.
- Riċerka
- The study was originally aimed at studying the interaction of light with glass. For this, the experience of masters of antiquity of different cultures was studied. In this process, the Thai architectural tradition gradually attracted attention. Since the ancient architects of Buddhist temples very skillfully and accurately worked with light effects. With the help of special light windows, they filled the center of temples with light and created a mystical atmosphere. It was decided to apply these techniques in the design of lamps.
- Ispirazzjoni
- An ancient Thai temple architecture became the inspiration for the Bangkok collection. These structures, called Wat, reflect the principles of the Buddhist universe about the ghostly nature of life and the earthly world. This is expressed in the tiered construction of vat. Between each tier there are special breaks that serve as light windows, which fill the center of the temple with light and illuminate the sacred relic. The collection was created using the principles of this tiered design.
- Tul tal-Proġett
- The project started in April 2022 in Moscow and finished in August 2022 in Moscow, and was exhibited in Interlight Russia 2022 in September 2022.
- Fluss tal-Operazzjoni
- For the convenience of the user, the wire heights are adjusted to vary the composition creation. A special ceiling bowl that houses the driver was also designed. It is made with special magnetic mounts to get rid of visual noise. For example, a wire holder and bolts for fastening to the ceiling.
Each lamp creates a luminous flux of at least 1000 lumens, which allows you to use the lamp not only for accent and probed lighting, but use them as the main lighting in the room. - Membri tat-Tim
