Il-Ġakketta tas-Sajf Reżistenti għan-Nar hija ġakketta protettiva mfassla għall-attivitajiet ta' barra tat-tfal. Is-saff ta' barra juża drapp minn filat mhux maħdum reżistenti għan-nar b'indiċi limitanti tal-ossiġnu li jasal sa 28 fil-mija, biex b'hekk il-libsa ma taqbadx malajr man-nar meta tiġi f'kuntatt ma' fjamma miftuħa u ma tirrilaxxax gassijiet ta' ħsara f'temperaturi għoljin. Unique Properties: This is a fire-resistant protective down jacket specifically designed for kids. It features an innovative high-tech flame-retardant raw yarn fabric that has a limiting oxygen index of up to 28%, enusring children's safety and well-being. It utilizes a modular structure, far infrared thermal fabric, and heat-retaining lining to provide exceptional warmth.

Production Technology: It innovatively uses a flame-retardant fabric of raw yarn that has a limiting oxygen index of up to 28%. It produces less smoke and doesn't give off harmful gases at high temperatures. Its flame retardancy is not affected by frequent washing and wear, making it safe for kids. It incorporates a far infrared heating function which, when combined with LITHERMO™ technology, boosts the thermal storage index by 30%, ensuring excellent warmth retention at low temperatures.
Design Challenge: Children's clothes on the market are typical of single function with less safety. Starting with the idea of protecting kids, we've carefully selected a windproof, waterproof, and flame-retardant fabric, and used a modular structure as well as multiple processes to dramatically enhance the product's warmth retention, flexibility, and comfort. Therefore, this product protects kids and can be used in multiple scenarios.
Research: In order to protect kids during outdoor activities, the outer layer of this jacket is made from flame-retardant raw yarn, ensuring it doesn't catch fire immediately if they accidentally come into contact with an open flame. In addition, with 700+ FP premium duck down, far infrared thermal fabric, and LITHERMO™ technology, it can provide enough warmth for kids even in temperature fluctuations from minus 5 degrees Celsius to minus 10 degrees Celsius.
Inspiration: As people tend to go outdoors for parent-child activities, there is a need for clothing that is comfortable and protective for kids. This product adopts a modular structure and features wind resistance, water resistance, and heat retention, providing kids with a variety of cost-effective clothing options for their outdoor adventures. The flame-retardant fabric of raw yarn ensures it remains non-flammable when exposed to open fires, making it a reliable choice for kids' protection.
Project Duration: The project finished in September 2023 in Shanghai.
Operation Flow: The garment consists of an inner liner and an outer technical jacket that can be worn separately or together to create versatile outfits for different scenarios. Its 4:6 proportion is perfectly tailored to the body shape of children. It also has a new 18° arc sleeve design that allows kids to stretch freely. The outer layer is 3D printed with a reflective material to help keep kids safe at night.
