Waqt li ngħata kas tas-sostenibbiltà u bl-użu ta' materjali ekoloġiċi, dawl effiċjenti fl-enerġija, biex jitnaqqas l-impatt ambjentali u l-inkorporazzjoni tal-identità tal-marka, installazzjoni artistika, Elementi Bijofiliċi u soluzzjonijiet akustiċi. L-ispazju tax-xogħol irawwem sens ta' komunità billi jipprovdi żoni komunali fejn l-impjegati u l-klijenti jistgħu jissoċjalizzaw, jikkollaboraw u jerġgħu jiksbu l-enerġija.
