Tipprovdi spazju privat u protett marbut mill-qrib mal-pajsaġġ naturali lokali, din il-villa skulturali f'forma ta' T għal familja hija ċelebrazzjoni tas-sensazzjoni ta' ġewwa u barra u hija mqiegħda b'angolu żgħir fis-sit biex timmassimizza l-veduti. Kunċett sempliċi iżda sofistikat ta' materjali u kuluri huwa s-setting perfett għas-sidien. Kwalitajiet differenti tal-ġnien relatati mad-dawl bħal kurtil mitluq għaż-żona tal-pixxina tal-ġewwa, l-ilgħib tax-xemx tas-sebħ u l-ġnien tal-ħxejjex tal-kċina, it-terrazz għall-ikel barra u l-lounge miftuħ lejn ix-xemx tal-għaxija.

A simple but sophisticated material and color concept is the perfect setting for the owns contemporary art collection.
Project Duration: The project started in 2019 in Munich and finished in 2023
Operation Flow: Different light related garden qualities, like a sunken courtyard for the indoor pool aerea, the morning sun play and herb kitchen garden, the sheltered outside dining terrace and the open lounge to the evening sun.
