Mirabilis Bar and Dusk huwa proġett ta' disinn intern għal ristorant u bar fuq quċċata ta' għolja, li jinsab fil-park nazzjonali ta' Mount Faber. L-ispazju huwa maqsum f'żewġ sezzjonijiet fokali. Dusk iservi bħala ż-żona tal-ikel, u The Mirabilis Bar iservi bħala ż-żona tal-lounge. Iż-żewġ żoni jinfetħu lejn veduti tal-baħar u tal-belt. Il-proġett jinkludi wkoll kċina professjonali estiża u kamra tas-sigarri riservata għall-membri biss. Il-kunċett huwa ispirat minn Mirabilis Jalapa, grupp ta' fjuri fragranti li jiftħu wara nofsinhar, li jaqbel mal-ħin tal-ftuħ tal-post.

Unique Properties: Mount Faber Leisure tasked the design team to amplify the popularity of hilltop dining destination – Dusk Restaurant & Bar through the introduction adjective of ‘Iconic.’ Such initiation would come with a brand-new look and feel to the premise (with its stunning seafront and city view) for both the dining and cocktail experience. It is paramount to showcase an expanded professional kitchen with an elevated menu and develop an exclusive hilltop members-only Cigar Room.
Inspiration: We studied the space and innovatively carve from scratch 2 focal sections to spotlight dine and lounge - hence the birth of Dusk and The Mirabilis Bar. Leading from the project location nestled in the National Park of Mount Faber, our team took repeated nature study trips to bathe and identify the DNA of Mount Faber and discovering The Mirabilis Jalapa. The said species is a cluster of fragrant flowers that blooms in the afternoon (hence the four o’clock common name) and have flower also coincides with the opening time of the current restaurant & bar, which fitted perfectly.
