Koho huwa intern ta' kwartieri ġenerali u sala tal-wirjiet b'żona ta' kostruzzjoni ta' 5000 metru kwadru. It-tqassim jgħaqqad funzjonijiet ta' uffiċċju ma' żoni ta' wirjiet li jippreżentaw disinn tal-għamara. L-ilma, iċ-ċrieki u l-arkati jiffurmaw it-tema ewlenija, u jidhru fil-ħitan, fis-soqfa u fil-biċċiet tal-għamara. Taraġ spirali u linfa tal-kristall jaġixxu bħala punti fokali artistiċi. Żoni miftuħa u magħluqa huma kkombinati biex isostnu ċirkolazzjoni ċara. Jintużaw ġebel naturali u żebgħa li ma tagħmilx ħsara lill-ambjent. This project deeply integrates natural elements, building reshaping, and Italian aesthetics. Through meticulous planning and execution, it creates an office space that not only facilitates efficient work but also features an artistic atmosphere.
- Inspiration
- Drawing inspiration from nature, the project takes water, circle and arc as the core to infuse the space with a dynamic sense and Italian elegance. The crystal chandelier hanging from the ceiling, resembling water pouring down from the sky, brings to mind pure, harmonious nature. The elements of circle and arc run through the entire project, including walls, ceilings, and furniture pieces. These fluid, soft curves contribute to an inclusive, warm atmosphere.
- Project Duration
- The project began its design phase in the middle of 2023, started construction in April 2024, and completed in September 2024.
- Operation Flow
- This project prioritizes the interaction between man and space. It cleverly combines open and enclosed zones, complemented by artistic elements such as a spiral staircase and a crystal chandelier, achieving an effective circulation design and an inclusive atmosphere. The introduction of a smart office system, including intelligent lighting and temperature control, ensures higher work efficiency and better comfort for employees.
