About Oberhauser's Ballon Lampa għal Barra
Il-Ballon ta' Oberhauser hija lampa għal barra prodotta fi tliet daqsijiet, b'dijametri ta' 30 cm, 70 cm u 100 cm. Il-lampa hija magħmula mis-siment bl-użu tal-istampar 3D tal-konkrit b'sodda tat-trab, metodu magħruf ukoll bħala Selective Paste Intrusion. F'dan il-proċess, il-pejst tas-siment jiġi injettat f'sodda tat-trab, u l-forma tinbena saff wara saff. Ma tinħtieġ l-ebda armar, u għalhekk jistgħu jiġu prodotti ġeometriji kumplessi u dettaljati. Il-materjal huwa reżistenti ħafna għat-temp u għalhekk adattat għall-użu fuq barra. L-użu effiċjenti tal-materjal jillimita l-iskart matul il-produzzjoni.

- Production Technology
- The material used is characterized by its high weather resistance, making the Oberhauserer's Balloon ideal for outdoor use. By employing smart manufacturing technologies, resource-efficient and sustainable production is ensured. 3D concrete printing allows for efficient material usage and waste minimization, leading to a reduced ecological footprint.
- Inspiration
- The production of the Oberhauserer's Balloon utilizes the powder bed concrete 3D printing process, also known as Selective Paste Intrusion (SPI). In this method, a cement paste is selectively injected into a powder bed, creating complex and detailed structures layer by layer. This technique eliminates the need for traditional formwork, facilitating the creation of intricate geometries and significantly expanding design freedom.
