About Starhub TVB Awards Disinn tal-Palk

Starhub TVB Awards huwa disinn tal-palk maħluq għal wirja ta' għotjiet li saret fit-Teatru Sand tal-Marina Bay Sands f'Singapore. Is-sett jimmarka l-anniversarju tal-ħamsa u għoxrin sena tal-avveniment u jospita aktar minn 30 artist u kantant tat-televiżjoni. Id-disinn jieħu l-forma tiegħu mill-istrutturi tas-"supertrees" tal-Gardens by the Bay. Il-wirjiet fuq ħajt tal-LED huma organizzati f'diversi kompożizzjonijiet. Ħames settijiet ta' wirjiet vertikali tal-LED huma sospiżi permezz ta' sistemi ta' cyberhoist, sabiex l-iskrins jiċċaqilqu 'l fuq u 'l isfel biex jaqblu mal-grafika tal-vidjow u max-xeni tal-ispettaklu.

Design Challenge: There are no hanging point in front of the stage area. When we're going to create a supertrees like structure as decoration. We need to separate these structure into several pieces during set up period. Tailor made 8 load suspending devices from venue rooftop, hanging it one by one to create the overall sculpture.
Research: Any mention of gardens by the bay brings to mind these so-called supertrees – avatar-like, manmade structures fashioned from concrete and steel frames. Their branches, angled to the sky as if in a cry to the gods, shelter vertical gardens comprising over 200 species of plants. So we make use of this form to design for the show.
Inspiration: Gardens by the bay brings to mind these so-called supertrees
