About Music Pen Cap Għatu tal-Pinna

L-Għatu tal-Pinna Mużikali huwa sett ta' għotjien għall-pinen tal-kulur bl-ilma użati minn tfal minn seba' sa tnax-il sena. Kull għatu jagħti tonalità differenti, u b'hekk it-tnax-il għatu flimkien jifformaw skala mużikali sempliċi. Il-punti li joħorġu l-ħoss ivarjaw fil-ħxuna, u l-wiċċ huwa kkulurit u ffinalizzat b'saff ta' verniċ. Ponta mgħollija tippermetti li l-għatu jitqiegħed jew jitneħħa bis-saba' l-kbir. Id-disinn għandu l-għan li jnaqqas it-telf ta' l-għotjien tal-pinen u jżomm ħaj l-interess fil-pittura. Numri żgħar jistgħu jiġu stampati f'reżina fotosensittiva, filwaqt li produzzjonijiet akbar jistgħu jiġu mmoldjati fil-polipropilen jew fil-plastik ABS.

Unique Properties: It's a set of pen cap that can produce different sound levels.
This product is mainly aimed at children aged 7 to 12. As the first choice for children to draw, However, that fact that the misplacing and discarding of watercolor pen without cover after use up troubles people. Our product optimize the cover of watercolor pen.It can be served as musical instrument with the combination of tumbler pen cap and gamut. our products not only have longer service life but also increased various functions.

Production Technology: In the design of the pen cap, we use a special color material with different thickness.Colour the surface of the Pen Cap and add a coat of varnish.Small quantities can be processed using 3D printing techniques using photosensitive resin materials. When mass production is determined, PP or ABS plastic materials can be used for batch production using molds.
Design Challenge: The process of turning thinking into design.
Research: I observe and think about the way people use products in their life, and try to find the behavior or emotional transition between people subconsciously. Then, I will have subliminal emotional reinforcement conducive to product experience, and bring people suitable and novel products.I believe that products designed in accordance with people's subconscious can not only meet people's use habits, but also make people feel that such novel experience can resonate.
Inspiration: Pen and the pen cap are always used together, "Tumbler" pen cap combines the design of scale through visual sense, tactile sensation and auditory sense to redefine a new way of communication, to let people rethink the meaning of "paint". The tip of the cap will jut out, so you can use your thumb to push it with less energy and you can also easily unload or put on it. In the design of the pen cap, we use a special color material with different thickness.
Project Duration: The project began in Macau in January 2019 and was completed in Macau in April 2019.
Operation Flow: The Music Pen Cap is arranged according to the different collocation of colors. When the pencil lightly crosses,some different tones of crisp sweet music will come out. According to the different thickness of the pronunciation point, 12 pens will have 12 different caps with different colors. The "music" pen cap can not only exercise the player's patience,stimulating their auditory development, developing their perception of music, and maintaining their interest in painting.
