Quark ကို Lovin Maris Villas ၏ဗိသုကာနှင့်အတွင်းပိုင်းဒီဇိုင်းအတွက်ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့သည်။ ပရောဂျက်တွင် အစ္စတန်ဘူလ်ရှိ ဆိတ်ငြိမ်သော ပင်လယ်ကမ်းစပ် ရပ်ကွက်တွင် တည်ရှိသည့် ခေတ်မီစတိုင်လ် အိမ်ရာ ၁၄ ခန်း ပါဝင်ပါသည်။ ဤပရောဂျက်အတွက် Quarks ဒီဇိုင်းအယူအဆသည် အိမ်ကြီးများ၏ ပထဝီဝင်အနေအထားနှင့် ရိုးရှင်းသော အလှတရားများနှင့် သက်တောင့်သက်သာရှိမှုကို ပေါင်းစပ်ထားသည်။ ပြတင်းပေါက်ကြီးများဖြင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ထားသည့် Marmara ပင်လယ်ကို အပေါ်စီးမှမြင်နေရသည့် အိမ်ကြီးများ၏ တည်နေရာအနေအထားသည် LED အလင်းအိမ်နှင့် အလင်းတန်းများသည် မျက်စိအတွင်းပိုင်းကို အဆင်ပြေစေပါသည်။ အိမ်ကြီးများတွင်အသုံးပြုသည့် နွေးထွေးသောအရောင်အသွေးအရောင်အသွေးသည် အော်ဂဲနစ်ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် သဘာဝအသွင်အပြင်များကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် ဖြည့်စွက်ထားသည်။

- Lovin Maris Villas is nestled on Gurpinar district and Buyukcekmece coast of the European side of Istanbul. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction, and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows to provide the best view of the Sea of Marmara.
