Through architectural manipulation technique, a grid sequence is created where the central axis runs through the space, creating a relationship between the new and old parallel axes. An array of hand-written calligraphy lanterns is used to frame the outer kitchen and dining areas like a musical score.
Notes continuously perform the contemporary Japanese space with sound tracks between the spatial scores.

5. Long wall tiles extend against textured white wallpaper

7. Handwritten Japanese calligraphy lantern

The restaurant officially opened in January 2023 in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
Tēquitl Ōhuitl: When customers enter the store, you can observe the ramen chef's preparation process due to the open kitchen. The sound of the ramen chef shaking the noodles and his spirited shouting make people look forward to the ramen being served.
The inner and outer kitchens form an O-shaped circulation line through two food delivery ports, allowing for smooth execution of food preparation, soup making, meal delivery, recycling, and cleaning.
