Om Yappy Bookstore Primærfunksjon: Interiørdesign for bokhandel

Yappy Bookstore er et flerfunksjonelt bokhandelinteriør i Taipei, Taiwan, som dekker 450 kvadratmeter. Rommet brukes til lesing, filmvisninger, foredrag og musikkopptredener. De store bjelkene og søylene i den gamle bygningen behandles som kamerarammer som leder blikket på tvers av rommene. Vintagebøker, murstein, jern, gamle vinduskarmer og betong kombineres, slik at gamle og nye overflater møtes uten en tydelig grense. En rød bokvegg leder besøkende gjennom interiøret.
