About Time Book Bokstøtte
Time Book er en bokstøtte designet for bruk på et skrivebord eller i en bokhylle. Hver bokstøtte er laget av en håndpolert krystallglassblokk. Spesialblekk er silketrykt på overflaten og herdet ved høy temperatur. Krystallglassets høye tetthet gir bokstøtten stabilitet i bruk. Designet er minimalistisk i funksjon, form og materiale, og ligner en bokformet skulptur. Formen presenterer funksjonen tydelig. Den trykte teksten bruker skrifttypen Quinsay Parto. Bokstavene MMXIX på ryggen er romertall for 2019.

- Unique Properties
- Bookends are made by hand-polished crystal glass blocks. Special ink was screen printed on the surface and cured at high temperature. The high density of crystal glass gives them perfect stability when in use.
Time Book is minimalistic in terms of function, form and material, it’s like a book-shaped sculpture. The function is clearly presented by its form.
The text on the book uses Quinsay Parto typeface designed by Time book’s designer. The “MMXIX” on the book spine is the Roman numeral writing of “2019”. - Dimensions & Packaging

- Time Book is inspired by Marquez’s novel. The opening of “One Hundred Years of Solitude” is printed on Time Book. It is the beginning of a great novel.
- Project Duration
- The project started in April 2018 and finished in December 2018 in Hangzhou(China), and was exhibited in Museum of Contemporary Art Shanghai in February 2019.

- Time Book can be placed on a desk or a bookshelf. The high density of crystal glass gives them perfect stability when it is used.stability when in use.
