About Jysan Bank Primary Function: Grensesnitt for bedriftsbank

Production Technology
The project was emphasized on the researches: Stakeholders interview; Competitor analysis; Focus groups, etc. Tools: Confluence; Jira; Miro; Design with flow description, design library for iOS, Android, web and CJMs, all of that in Figma; Illustrations and icons in Illustrator; Structure of events for analytics in Google Sheets, etc.
Design Challenge
The biggest challenge was to draw the design foreign payments . Working without manager, leads to getting information by own means. Cooperation with FX transactions department and the Currency control of the bank gave data on problems and optimization possibilities via banking. Due to that a part of validation was possible to place on the front and banking backend. Thus, it unloaded the back office of the bank and simplified the form of foreign payments for customers.
Research
Stakeholder interview: It was requited to understand the business goals, the target audience of the product etc. Focus group: Firstly, It was nesessery to understand the main criteria of choosing the bank and who makes that decision, company accountant or company CEO. Also, it was needed to identify problems which the target audience faced in rival banks. Other researshes: Target Audience Interview, Testing, Customer journey map, Data search in different sources, Data from Analytics etc.
Inspiration
Motivation was conditioned by the identified problems through research, data collection, specifically stakeholders interviews, target audience interviews etc. Inspiration was taken a lot by the City Bank, because they have a highly flexible functional for b2b clients. Collaboration with backend developers and different bank departments was done to work out optimizations. As for UI design, the cleanness and simplicity of the Revolut Bank was taken as an example.
Project Duration
The project started in February 2020 in Almaty and launched in December 2020 in Almaty. Now the project is underway.
Operation Flow
WEB.The main page all accounts with balances are displayed.
Falling into the account, a statement can be viewed and the most common filters can be used. Also, a statement unloading can be set to the email both on a daily basis and on a monthly basis.
App.
