About Circle Unfulfilled Primærfunksjon: Emballasje for massasjeapparat
Sirkelen som aldri lukkes er en emballasjedesign for øye- og nakkemassasjeapparater. Formen er inspirert av portalene og broene i hagene i Suzhou, hvor man aldri finner en fullstendig sirkel. Fasongen beskytter produktet samtidig som den reduserer tomrommet inne i pakken. Et resirkulert materiale kalt SupraPulp, laget av bagasse, brukes til konstruksjonen. Uten ekstra bearbeiding brytes pakken ned i løpet av 45 til 90 dager og vender tilbake til materialkretsløpet. Den myke ytre grafikken og den rolige fargepaletten antyder det milde trykket fra en massasje.

- A kind of recycled material named Supra Pulp, made from begass, is used in the making the pack. In this way, without extra processing, the package will be degraded in 45-90 days and then enter the loop.
- Design Challenge
- The pack is shaped to protect the product to a fullest extent, while the empty space is cutting down effec-tively. Therefore, Mobius Band is depicted to make an impression and convey message.
- Research
- The outer instruction will soften the overall feeling of the product, implying the temperate pressing of masseur's. The color scheme of ethereal and tranquil sense is giving a touch of a vivid eastern story.
- Inspiration
