Intelligent Decision er et forretningsbeslutningssystem bygget som en ren Java-beslutningsmotor. Systemet er basert på Rete-algoritmen og presenterer beslutningslogikk i visuell form. Forretningsregler kan opprettes, publiseres og brukes gjennom grafisk konfigurasjon, ved bruk av dra-og-slipp med musen, uten å skrive kode. Komplekse beslutningsgrener redigeres i en grafisk trestruktur. Grensesnittet bruker en mørkeblå fargepalett. Målet er å forkorte ventetiden på systemutvikling og hjelpe virksomheter med å tilpasse seg endrede markeder.
