About Hito Galaxy Battleship Autonom mobil robot med tungtransportplattform
Hito Galaxy Battleship er en autonom mobil robot med tungtransportplattform for industriell transport. Roboten flytter komponenter langs automatiserte samlebånd og kan erstatte tradisjonelle transportbåndsystemer. Kroppen er laget av aluminiumslegering og konstruksjonsplast, med lagdelte former og belysning rundt rammen, og skiller seg dermed fra de enkle platemetallboksene som er vanlige i bransjen. En modulær struktur forener komponentstandarder og støtter en seriell produktfamilie. Roboten måler 2310 x 1615 x 375 millimeter og bærer ett til tre tonn.

- The current AMR products in the market are limited by production processes and costs, and are mostly square sheet metal boxes. The manufacturing process is very traditional, where the sheet metal parts are directly bent, welded, and then painted, resulting in a monotonous and bulky appearance. TOALL DESIGN adopts a modular structure design strategy, combining multiple conventional processes and unifying component standards to balance the relationship between shape and cost.
