About Snc Gatelys
SB20 er et smart gatelys designet for offentlige rom. Armaturen er laget av resirkulert aluminiumslegering og har en flat, kvadratisk form med myke kurver og en sømløs overflate. Linsene byttes ved å trykke på en knapp, og en magnetisk forbindelse holder de optiske delene flate for presis lysfordeling, slik at det ikke kreves verktøy. Et justerbart hode, flere monteringsbraketter og IP 67-klassifisering passer til ulike utendørsmiljøer. Fargetemperatur og effekt stilles inn mekanisk. Sensorer og et lysstyringssystem kan legges til.

- The challenge was how to achieve easy maintenance. SB20 enables users to effortlessly replace lenses by pressing the touch sensitive buttons to release the lens frame, achieving quick changes in lighting distribution without professionals or tools. Such a design meets lighting requirements of different settings. The magnetic design ensures the flatness of the optical components to guarantee precise light distribution, which improves the performance and maintainability of the product.
- Research
- To optimize lighting efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and improve sustainability, this product features minimalist design, convenient replacement, as well as excellent expandability and compatibility for integration. It saves time and labor costs, enhances lighting performance, and minimizes energy waste, providing a more efficient and environmentally friendly lighting solution for cities.
- Inspiration
- Thanks to its flat and square modern design, SB20 is harmonious with any environment. The integrated product made of aluminum alloy is both exquisite and robust with smooth curves and seamless surface. The design, without frills, shows a pure, minimalist aesthetic, representing the perfect fusion of art and engineering.
- Project Duration
- The project started in Shenzhen in June, 2023 and finished in December, 2023. The product was exhibited at the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition in June, 2024.
- Operation Flow
- SB20 enables color temperature and power adjustment through mechanical manipulation. The former creates an appropriate ambiance for the public space based on occasions and times, while the latter changes brightness according to actual needs.
SB20 with the proprietary DC sensor base and Z10 base makes possible lighting management and sensor integration, allowing users to install components like photoresistors and microwave sensors or connect the product to an intelligent lighting system as needed.
