फ्लोटिङ मिनिमलिस्ट पोएटिक चीनको नानछाङमा अवस्थित एक बिक्री तथा मार्केटिङ केन्द्र हो। यो डिजाइनले साइटमा रहेको प्राकृतिक तालबाट प्रेरणा लिएको छ। बिक्री स्थलको सामान्य व्यावसायिक चरित्रलाई नरम बनाउँदै शान्त, प्राकृतिक र प्राविधिक वातावरण सिर्जना गर्न मिनिमलिस्ट डिकन्स्ट्रक्सन प्रविधिको प्रयोग गरिएको छ। भवनले पालजस्तै तालको किनारमा स्वतन्त्र रूपमा उठेको छ, जसले समकालीन र काव्यात्मक ताल कला संग्रहालयको स्वरूप निर्माण गर्दछ। यस स्थललाई पछि निवासीहरूका लागि क्लबको रूपमा सेवा दिन योजना बनाइएको छ, जसले छिमेकी समुदायहरूबीच सञ्चारका लागि दिगो स्थान प्रदान गर्नेछ।

- Unique Properties
- This is a sales center. The design weakens the traditional commercial atmosphere. The design clue comes from the natural lake in the project. It uses minimalist deconstruction to create a technological, quiet and natural space atmosphere, which will continue to exist as the owner’s club in the future. To provide a sustainable space for neighbourhood communications between communities in the future.

- Inspiration
- Built near the lake, a freely rising building stands on the shore of the lake like a sail, extracting spiritual connotations from the lake, thus giving birth to a "Lake Art Museum" that is both contemporary and very natural and poetic.

- The project started in May 2021 and finished in June 2021 in Nanchang of China.
