The universal design allows the same top and bottom cover for different capacities, reducing production costs and waste, and minimising production costs and waste.
- Design Challenge
- The challenge was to design a power bank with tiered components for minimal volume. Most power banks lack this layout, but SUPERBANK restructured the height of the components, making it more compact. This concentrated design required solving heat dissipation issues, addressed with heat-dissipating adhesive and an aluminum case, a good thermal conductor. SUPERBANK’s superior heat management ensures faster charging speeds, balancing performance, sustainability, and convenience.
