Beatbot AquaSense 2 Ultra is a pool cleaning robot designed for large swimming pools. The ClearWater clarification system uses a natural, biodegradable clarifier made mainly from chitosan to purify water. Front and rear roller brushes and bilateral rotating brushes clean the pool floor, walls and waterline. Vision, infrared, ultrasonic and inertial sensors are combined with deep learning to plan efficient cleaning paths. A 24W solar panel and a 10,000mAh battery reduce reliance on mains electricity. A companion app allows remote control, and a voice system reports cleaning progress.

- Design Challenge
- AquaSense 2 Ultra features a patented floating chamber system that enhances chamber volume, ascent and descent speed for underwater and surface transitions. It combines vision, infrared, ultrasound, and IMU with deep learning, allowing navigation in complex environments. With strong sensing capabilities, it creates efficient cleaning paths. The front and rear roller brushesand bilateral rotating brushes provide precise steering for cleaning the pool floor, walls, and waterline effectively.

- The project was designed and developed in April 2024 in Suzhou and launched in January 2025 in North America.
- Operation Flow
- The Beatbot iSkim Ultra equipped with the Beatbot OS system allows for exceptional smart navigation and comprehensive pool coverage. The NavControl app enables users to remotely navigate the device precisely for targeted cleaning. A built in voice broadcast system informs users of real time updates on cleaning progress, status, and alerts like low battery and high temperatures.
