Production Technology
The Bonna stand was designed using a strategic blend of spatial zoning, material experimentation, and user experience principles. Albond composite panels, organic wall cutouts, and dynamic lighting were carefully selected to enhance visual appeal and functionality. A modular approach ensured efficient production and adaptability. Digital integration, including a catalog display, enriched engagement. This design harmonizes aesthetics, interaction, and practicality for an immersive brand experience.
Design Challenge
The key challenge was balancing aesthetics and functionality while ensuring an intuitive visitor flow. Spatial constraints required innovative zoning and modular design. Integrating a digital catalog while maintaining a tactile experience was another hurdle. Production relied on Albond panels and sustainable materials, considering feasibility and brand values. Evolving trade show trends, visitor behavior studies, and technological advancements shaped the design, enhancing engagement and impact.
Project Duration
The project started in November 2024 in Istanbul and finished in December 2024 in İstanbul, and was exhibited in Messe Frankfurt Ambiente Fair in February 2025.
Operation Flow
The Bonna stand operates as an immersive brand showcase, guiding visitors through distinct zones that highlight each collection. Organic wall cutouts direct attention, while dynamic lighting enhances material perception. The bar fosters casual interactions, and seating areas encourage in-depth engagement. A digital catalog extends exploration beyond physical displays. This thoughtful layout maximizes flow, enhances visitor experience, and creates a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetics.
Research
The research integrated UX studies, market analysis, and product interaction research to create an immersive trade show experience for Bonna’s tableware display. Objectives included analyzing visitor behavior, enhancing engagement, and strengthening brand identity through strategic spatial design and zoning. Methods such as surveys, interviews, competitor analysis, and prototyping were used. Key findings highlighted atmosphere, intuitive navigation, and spatial organization as essential for engagement and brand perception.
