- Design Challenge
- The biggest challenge was balancing bold typography with a limited color palette while ensuring high visual impact in a gym environment. The design needed to evoke energy and motivation without overwhelming the space. Internally, historical and social perspectives on sports branding influenced type choices. Externally, print production constraints required careful material selection for durability. Overcoming these obstacles resulted in a dynamic, high-contrast design that enhances the workout atmosphere.
- Project Duration
- This Project started in November 2024 in the USA and finished in March 2025.
- Inspiration
- I was inspired by the raw energy and spontaneity of gym notes: quick, motivational, and goal-driven in gym. I became interested in how typography can amplify this dynamic spirit, using type as a tool to convey positivity, movement, and motivation. Through bold forms, expressive layouts, and rhythmic compositions, I aim to capture the energetic mindset associated with physical activity and personal growth.
