Production Technology
Our vision is that Ruumy is not thrown away, but can be exchanged in the online community. This way we can reduce the environmental pollution with the production of new textiles and increase the life of the product. We are using recycled materials, ends of textile bundle, and materials produced in small communities of craftsmen with local tradition.
Design Challenge
Ruumy is a product of the new Post Internet Culture era, specific to the co-creative ecosystem, economy, with motto The Power of Ecosystems - Managing in a Networked World. Once launched, becomes a relatively autonomous system of self-adjustment, and those who integrate resources are connected to communication networks and create mutual values. The difficulty of the project was to create creative, sustainable, innovative communities capable of changing mentalities in cultural and economic terms.

The project started with 21 people from different cultural elites, they composed the desired pieces in a standard time, a project being filmed and documented.
Inspiration
Social movements, trends studied, people around, the wishes, demands of customers, the very rapid advancement of the technology, all these leads to the questions, How would it be if the wall of this room would also serve as a cabinet? What if the cabinet would become a coat? How would it be if you can dress the wall? The project is creating an online community of customers, to exchange or borrow pieces, what is old for you, it is new to me, that would promote contacts between newcomers and local people.
