The Beijing Parade is a restaurant interior located in Beijing. The space of 1800 square meters follows a Belt and Road theme and recalls the Tang Dynasty in an abstract way. The plan is formed mainly by private rooms and corridors, without a lobby. The antehall uses axe-split stone, an old copper logo, red shelves, an original stone tea table, red wine racks and large floral decorations. Rock cliff installations carry dry trunks and branches with moss and sparse flowers. A pagoda lamp marks the end of the corridor.

Production Technology
At the antehall, the designer elaborately showcases the unparalleled prosperity and splendor of the Tang Dynasty in its heyday, with axe-split stone and old copper logo, red shelves, original stone tea table, red wine racks, large floral decorations.
On precipitous rock cliff installations are twisted, dry trunks and branches. On these trees, mosses climb quietly and sparse flowers blossom in the warm air.
Flourishing views across rolling peaks extend freely like a long scroll of painting.
Design Challenge
Spatial design often has its flaws due to the commercial nature. This project is dominated by the private rooms and corridors, with no lobby. In such cases, designers would go beyond time and space to address such flaws.
Project Duration
The project started in July 2020 and finished in September 2021 in Beijing.
Operation Flow
The designers poured their heart in every inch of views.
The corridor is embellished with red woven warp and weft.
The pagoda lights up the end of the road, connecting space and time.
It reddens perfectly the dream-like dark night.
Research
Such a resplendent and harmonious sight incisively and vividly presents the grandness of the glorious age of Tang Dynasty.
The designers paid homage to ancient Chinese by designing living scenes with a human touch to reproduce the world of the Tang people and create a Belt and Road-themed restaurant that blends feasting styles.
Inspiration
The designers paid homage to ancient Chinese by designing living scenes with a human touch to reproduce the world of the Tang people and create a Belt and Road-themed restaurant that blends feasting styles.
The space is featured by concise and refined style, but reveals an ingeniously subtle clue and metaphor of those brilliant achievements of the Silk Road, which is a reinterpretation of the historical nodes of the great international exchanges.
