Vibes is a series of smart sensor trash cans designed for home use. The lid opens automatically, so the bin does not need to be touched. The series includes a standard model and a diaper bin version. Optional modular accessories, such as an odor sealing inner bucket and swivel casters, adapt the bins to everyday cleaning or parenting needs. An automatic trash bag flattening system uses a small fan to smooth the bag without manual effort. The metal body has a fine powder coated finish and a seamless, minimalist form in soft neutral tones.

- Production Technology
- The entire series uses a metal body with a fine powder coated finish, giving it a solid structure and premium cool handfeel. The diaper bin version features a glossy plastic odor sealing inner bucket, which contrasts elegantly with the metal body and makes cleaning and maintenance simple and convenient.
The design adopts a seamless, integrated form, removing any visual redundancy. Both the metal body and accessory modules highlight geometric purity and overall harmony. - Design Challenge
- The main challenge is simplifying the trash bag replacement process and controlling odors. A builtin micro fan rapidly creates negative pressure between the bag and bin walls, automatically flattening the bag without manual effort. The diaper bin version adds a magnetic odor blocker that closes in one second after disposal, effectively blocking odors for diapers. Together, these features offer a smarter, more hygienic, and convenient waste disposal experience.
- Project Duration
- The project was launched in February 2025 in Jiangmen, Guangdong, with design completed in April and the series officially released on the Maitongtong flagship store on Taobao Tmall in September the same year.
