Over Hong Kong Skyline Sieradencollectie

Hong Kong Skyline is een sieradencollectie geïnspireerd op het uitzicht over Victoria Harbour. De collectie omvat hangers, oorbellen en broches die het silhouet van de kenmerkende gebouwen van Hong Kong tonen. Elk stuk is vervaardigd van 925 sterling zilver met handgezette ronde kristallen, en de stukken kunnen ook worden geproduceerd in 18-karaats wit- of geelgoud met diamanten. Een stanstechniek creëert de fijne details van de skyline op kleine schaal. De oorbellen openen zich zodat de gebouwvormen op één rechte lijn komen te staan. De collectie is bedoeld als zowel hedendaags sieraad als souvenir.

Onderzoek: Through in-depth data research to analyze the trend of the jewelry market and the demand for urban souvenirs, the goal is to combine new markets with jewelry and souvenirs and design products for the future. The trends and aspects that led to the development of the project were directed at the growth of the affordable luxury segment for travelers and the need for products to provide consumers with a pleasant experience and to record memory for the travel experience.
Inspiratie: The concepts of this collection are using Internationally famous view, the Hong Kong Victoria Harbor View as the main theme, infused with Hong Kong’s signature buildings and elements, using die cut method to create a modern series.
The aim of the collection is using the good craftsmanship of jewelry design as a bridge to promote Hong Kong unique culture and heritage.
Projectduur: The project started in January 2014 in Hong Kong and the first style finished in April 2014 in Hong Kong, the newest style finished in May 2018.
Werkproces: This collection can be worn for every occasion. All designs are a perfect complement for a contemporary jewelry, but at the same time, also be a classic and iconic souvenir.
