Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club is een interieur van een gemeenschapsclubhuis in Qingdao, China, een stad gelegen tussen bergen en zee. Het clubhuis beslaat 4239 vierkante meter en brengt een verscheidenheid aan functies onder in één sculpturale structuur. De ruimte spiraalt omhoog om maximaal natuurlijk licht en open zichtlijnen naar boven te creëren, als eerbetoon aan traditionele Chinese tuinen. Natuurlijke materialen en wisselend daglicht zorgen voor een rustige en comfortabele sfeer. Het moderne en eenvoudige ontwerp stelt het landschap centraal en biedt bewoners een vriendelijke omgeving voor ontmoeting en communicatie.

- Phoenix Pearl is located in Qingdao,a city lying between mountain and sea.It boasts a grand seascape while it is characterized by the sea,it keeps its own identity of a secluded and natural land of wonder.The design takes into consideration residents new understanding of the circle of home and life,and casts a profound insight to interdependence between human beings,nature and art.

- Operation Flow
- In the sculptural structure,a variety of functions are designed into it.The variable space spirals up,which constitutes designers’homage to the traditional Chinese gardens,while also obtaining the maximum natural light and an upward view.The extending upward view epitomes the unlimited possibilities of life.
