About Rongxin Zhongliang Verkoopcentrum

Rongxin Zhongliang is een verkoopcentrum gelegen in Wenzhou, in de provincie Zhejiang, China. Het interieur beslaat een oppervlakte van 509 vierkante meter. Grote glasoppervlakken verbinden de binnenruimte met het buitenlandschap en brengen natuurlijk licht en schaduw naar binnen. De indeling van het kolommenraster verbetert de schaal en openheid van de ruimte. Nabij de trap is een kunstinstallatie geplaatst als blikvanger. De gebruikte materialen omvatten zwart-wit root-marmer, imitatie Carrara-wit marmeren tegels, geborsteld roestvrij staal met koperimitatie en een eikenhouten afwerking. Het ontwerp geeft uitdrukking aan moderne oosterse esthetiek.

Design Challenge: Developers want to indoor and outdoor environment of language to communicate better, used in large area be born glass, on the spatial structure optimization, should not only reflects the sense of scale, also carried on the strict control on the floors, in based on constant communication to optimize construction costs, concise fashion sense, good control on material and color, we finally achieve the desired effect.
Research: Contemporary art, with light and shadow interlaced, simple fashion, the modern Oriental aesthetics exchange space is created like this.
Inspiration: This is of great immediate significance and far-reaching historical significance. All regions and all government departments have strengthened their consciousness of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core, and keep in alignment. The new development philosophy has been thoroughly acted upon, the 12th Five-Year Plan has been fully completed, and implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan has seen smooth progress.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2020 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province and finished in July 2020.
