About Cofco Shenyang Longyue Xiangyun Interieur van verkoopkantoor

Cofco Shenyang Longyue Xiangyun is een verkoopkantoorinterieur met een oppervlakte van 1808 vierkante meter. Licht en schaduw worden gebruikt als medium om een serene dialoog te creëren tussen de ruimte en de natuur. Bezoekers komen binnen via een doorgang die doet denken aan een pad dat naar bergen en bossen leidt, bereiken het maquettegebied en zien het beeld van een boom met vogels erboven. Een onderhandelingsruimte biedt zitgelegenheid, terwijl kinderen gebruik kunnen maken van een ruimte in de vorm van een boomholte en geometrische trappen die naar een mezzanine leiden met uitzicht op het interieur. De materialen omvatten roestvrij staal, hout, wandbekleding en grijze en witte natuursteen.

Unique Properties: The story uses light and shadow as the medium to interact, forming an interesting dialogue. The birds in the mountains can also perceive the direction of homing in the lighted lights, and return to the warm and loving urban forest. Design Challenge: How to use modern techniques to create a sense of ritual and order in the space, strengthen the visual perception and meaning, respect the spirit of the place, promote culture, and build an elegant environment full of the symbiosis of culture and nature.
Research: Going back to the original, retreating the inherent stylistics and blunt techniques, what we want the viewer to feel is just "you are here now".
Inspiration: Stray Birds pays great attention to the description of nature. There is an internal connection between human emotion and nature, which refers to the station that nature blends into human feelings, or human feeling blends into nature. -Tagore
Project Duration: It was completed in May, 2019, which had lasted for 60 days.
Operation Flow: Enter the sales office through a passage, like a path leading to the mountains and forests, walk to the sand board area, turn around and see the image of a tree vaguely, and the birds flying freely on top. Come to the negotiation area to sit down and experience the knowledge forest. The children go to the valley tree hole space, walk along the geometric stairs to the mezzanine, and look down at the entire space.
