About Fantasia Luwan 68 Interieurontwerp Appartement

- Production Technology
- Almost the entire body part of this apartment was made according to our sketches. This gave the interior a unified mood and freedom of expression. We zoned the common area of the living room , which was not only a connecting and attractive link of the entire space but also a functional solution.
- Design Challenge
- The renovation of the flat represented an enjoyable challenge. In fact, the apartment passed through a total change, including the social areas and the private spaces. In the social area the intervention involved the removal of the existing dividing wall between the living room and the kitchen, thus providing a single wider space.

- The apartment is located in Shanghai Luwan District, here is the birthplace of Shanghai's indigenous people; There are Shanghai Shikumen architecture, there are western Baroque architecture, here has attracted Ba Jin,Xu Zhi Mo,Yu Dafu and other well-known cultural celebrities to live and work here.
- Inspiration
- Inspired by Shanghai culture, we wanted the new house to refer to the roots of their hometown. To bring the comfort and warmth, wooden panels and white leather, creating an atmosphere of comfort and refuge.
- Project Duration
- The project started in April 2020 in Shanghai and finished in January 2021 in Shanghai, and was exhibited in Shanghai in January 2021.
- Operation Flow
- In the overall design of the space, remove the partitions between the study, kitchen, living room, dining room and terrace. The moving line allows people to pick up a red velvet cake with a cup of coffee in the dining room and come to the study. Or pour a glass of bubbly champagne and enjoy the night view on the terrace. When the sight and taste buds are satisfied, music can be heard on the phonograph in the living room.
