Over Beginning of the Time Interieurontwerp van Residentiële Lobby
Begin van de Tijd is een interieurontwerp voor een residentiële lobby, voltooid in oktober 2020 in Taichung, Taiwan. De ruimte beslaat 6611,6 vierkante meter. Wanden en vloeren zijn bekleed met grijs marmer waarvan de textuur doet denken aan de lucht, wolken en bergen, met donkerdere steenpatronen ingelegd in het midden. Twee elkaar kruisende hellingen van decoratieve natuursteen vormen de balie van de lobby. De achterliggende hoofdwand is uitgevoerd in antieke gevelsteen, en de zuilen in de gang zijn bekleed met inktgespoten landschapssteen. Er wordt veel natuurlijk licht binnengelaten, en het uniforme kleurenschema geeft de ruimte een rustige uitstraling.

- The walls and floor are paved with grey marble, the texture is like the sky, clouds and mountains. Inlaid with ever-changing dark stone patterns in the middle, it is lively like a slow mountain stream. The fountain formed by the two slopes of scenic stone interlaced together becomes the service counter of the lobby; the main wall behind is made of antique facing stone, the stone grain is like the beginning of the heaven and the earth, blending like a dream.

Every move of light and shadow makes people temporarily leave real life and step into a kaleidoscope-like fantasy world.
- Inspiratie
- This design is inspired by the famous quote of writer Haruki Murakami to create a spiritual forest belonging to the community for residents. Pushing open the door, the entrance of the forest reveals the mountain scenery with the wonderful change of stone patterns, and the elegant rhythm runs through the entire space. Without losing the calm atmosphere, it seems to build a fortress of home comfort.

- Every move of light and shadow makes people temporarily leave real life and step into a kaleidoscope-like fantasy world.
