Part Timers Dignity is een ontwerp voor een mobiele applicatie voor parttime werknemers en winkeleigenaars in Korea. De applicatie brengt een pagina voor parttime werknemers en een pagina voor winkeleigenaars samen in één systeem. Parttime werknemers kunnen uurlonen berekenen, contracten controleren en bankgegevens bekijken. Individuele en groepschats ondersteunen verzoeken voor het overnemen van diensten en dringende roosterwijzigingen. Een chatbot legt relevante wetten en procedures uit wanneer zich een oneerlijke situatie voordoet. Het ontwerp is ontwikkeld op basis van enquêtes en bevordert beleefdheid, verantwoordelijkheid en respect op de werkvloer.

Unieke Eigenschappen: This design has the slogan of don't be self conscious. be confident. it was aimed at resolving uncomfortable situations for employers and part timers, rectifying loopholes in the existing part time job system in korea, and making the relationship smooth and clear. it is an app design that promotes a better work environment with the keywords of courtesy, responsibility, and respect.

Productietechnologie: The work was carried out based on the survey of part timers and store owners who were working at the business at the time, and using adobe PS, AI, AE, and XD, apps, characters, and graphics were derived, and the video was edited and produced with the video i took myself.
Ontwerpuitdaging: For a feasible app, it is necessary to be familiar with the specific laws of the part time job system that change frequently, and to modify it according to the trend.
Onderzoek: We were able to finalize the design through the process of integrating the opinions of the part timer and the store owner by asking a number of questions, such as how you responded to an uncomfortable situation and what features you would like to have.
Inspiratie: After the team members experienced part time jobs, not only the part time workers but also the store owners saw that various uncomfortable situations occurred, and through the survey, i found out that these situations occur a lot, and i started designing the app to further improve the work environment.
Projectduur: Started in 2016 and revised in 2021. it was exhibited at the kaywon college of arts Design exhibition.
Werkproces: As an application like the kakao platform, it consists of a page for part timers and the store owner in one app. on the part timer page, it is possible to calculate hourly wage, check the contract, and check the bank account, etc. in addition, by introducing individual chat and private chat, it is useful when forming a personal chat between part timers and employers, and group chats among part timer to seek a replacement or to discuss time for urgent circumstances. if you are experiencing an unreasonable situation, you can quickly get an explanation of the relevant legislation and specific procedures through the chatbot in the app.
