Over President 15 Pension

Bij het ontwerp werd gebruik gemaakt van het clubhuisconcept, waardoor de huiseigenaar en zijn gezin zich elke keer dat ze thuiskwamen konden onderdompelen in een vakantiesfeer. De gasten- en eetkamers zijn open. Het algehele kleurenpalet wordt gedomineerd door wit en natuurlijk licht, aangevuld met een gedegen lay-out, en probeert een harmonieuze realiteit over te brengen door de perfecte overlap van materiële media. De reflecterende eigenschappen van de eetkamerspiegel en het getitaniseerde metaal versterken, verlengen en verbreden op effectieve wijze het visuele, waarbij wordt geprobeerd een spiritueel evenwicht tussen luxe te bereiken door de vorm van een bedreven ontwerp.

Unieke Eigenschappen: The use of far-infrared wood flooring throughout the house allows the homeowner and his family to enjoy healthy vitality at all times by promoting metabolism and blood circulation. Long-term health promotion is integrated into the space through the most inconspicuous wood flooring materials. At the same time, the whole space uses low formaldehyde building materials and coatings, responding to the homeowner attitude towards land, humanism, and ecology. The artistic, contextual, and cultural values of the line and surface, and the dual concepts of healthy living and environmental protection are emphasized and put into practice
