Wat is het doel van een bank? Om te ontspannen? Maar wat als je het doet met de mensen die je het leukst vindt? Dat is het differentieel van de Sofa Friends. Ontworpen om de gebruiker in een ongebruikelijke en vriendelijkere houding te plaatsen: dichterbij, face-to-face of zittend, ontspannen of liggend. Het is niet zo'n gewone tv-bank, het is meer dan dat. Het nodigt je uit om te chatten, nieuwe ideeën te bespreken, jezelf te veranderen, om dieper te gaan in een intiem moment. Een meubelstuk met een sterk emotioneel design.

- Unique Properties
- The purpose of a sofa is to provide a safe and comfortable place to relax, but Friends Sofa was designed to accommodate the user in an unusual and more friendly position: face to face.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The sofa can be customized. The suggested measures are 2400 x 1900mm x 850mm.

- Create a sofa with unique elements that would stand out among the many others ones already on the market.

- The research process includes an ergonomy study, the right fabrics for indoor and outdoor environments, the best quality foam, and also its esthetic.
- Inspiration
- Inspired by a necessity for an informal and relaxed piece of furniture where we could see each other, face to face, creating more connection and a friendly environment. A very important piece of the house but with a strong emotional approach.
- Project Duration
- The project started in October 2022 in London and it will be finished in July 2023 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
- Operation Flow
- The piece invites the user to enjoy it in a more intimate and friendly way. You can sit or lie down, by yourself or with your friends and family. The table serves to accommodate some glasses or books and make your moment even more comfortable.
