Over Beichen Optometrisch Centrum

Beichen is een optometrisch centrum gevestigd in Tianjin, met een oppervlakte van 368 vierkante meter verdeeld over drie verdiepingen. Een spiraaltrap verbindt de verdiepingen en rijst op in een transparante, kronkelende vorm. Witte balustrades op de tweede en derde verdieping zijn vormgegeven om menselijke ogen te suggereren, wat de oogheelkundige specialisatie van de kliniek benadrukt. Bogen, ringen en afgeronde hoeken keren terug in het plafond, de achterwand, de trap en de receptiebalie. Groene planten, bomen en op maat gemaakte leren banken verzachten de ruimte. Het ontwerp combineert medische, commerciële en artistieke behoeften in één warm en professioneel interieur.

Unieke Eigenschappen: The most eye-catching of the first floor is the spiral staircase which shuttles between the floors, winding and circling up, transparent and beautiful. The second and third layers of white guardrail simulate the shape of "eyes". Its lifelike appearance enhanced its appeal to customers and highlighted the specialty of ophthalmology, highlighting the integration of medicine and art.

Projectduur: The project started in October 2022 in Tianjin and finished in May 2023 in Tianjin.
Werkproces: Communicate design elements with the client for many times, constantly revise the design, and finally finalize the existing design.After the design is determined, it also needs to carry out floor transformation, communication with the fire department, product production, on-site decoration, soft outfit selection and so on.
