Be Genius is een reeks decoratieve accessoires geïnspireerd op Pixiu, een mythisch Chinees wezen dat geassocieerd wordt met rijkdom en voorspoed. De reeks omvat magnetische stukken die op koelkastoppervlakken geplaatst kunnen worden, evenals compacte sleutelhangers, zodat elk item zowel als ornament als dagelijks accessoire kan dienen. De stukken worden gemaakt door grafische vormen uit koper te snijden en digitaal geprinte gekleurde patronen toe te voegen. De afmetingen variëren van 30 bij 24 bij 2 millimeter tot 50 bij 60 bij 2 millimeter. Het ontwerp verbindt een traditioneel symbool met moderne vormen en wekt belangstelling voor de Chinese cultuur.

Werkproces: Pixiu cultural and creative gifts can showcase their unique charm in various everyday scenarios. For example, magnetic Pixiu-shaped products affixed to refrigerators not only serve as decorative elements but also convey the symbolism of inviting wealth and prosperity, adding a festive atmosphere to the home. Alternatively, designing Pixiu in the form of compact keychains provides convenience for individuals to carry it with them. Such designs transform Pixiu into an auspicious talisman, serving both as a symbol of good fortune and a practical daily accessory.
