About Feiyu Technology 3Plus Schoolrugzak
Feiyu Technology 3Plus is een schoolrugzak die is ontworpen om de gezondheid van de wervelkolom van kinderen te ondersteunen. De rugzak combineert een gepatenteerde dubbele spiraalveerstructuur met een driedimensionaal lastverdelingssysteem over negen punten. De veren zetten zwaartekrachtenergie tijdens het bewegen om in elastische energie, waardoor het gevoelde gewicht wordt verminderd en de belasting op de schouders en de wervelkolom wordt verlicht. Een omsluitend systeem, geïnspireerd op de vinnen van vliegende vissen, verbetert het comfort. Een reflecterende strip zorgt voor betere zichtbaarheid in het donker, en een venster bij de veerstructuur maakt het mogelijk de belasting te controleren.

- Addressing the challenges of load reduction and spine protection, this backpack features a patented dual helical spring system inspired by the shock absorption systems in sports cars. This enables automatic load adjustment via the conversion of gravitational and elastic potential energy during movement. Further drawing on the design of hiking backpacks, it boasts an ergonomic 3D load distribution system across 9 points, strategically zoning pads around the spine and waist for pressure relief.
- Research
- Recent statistics show that over 68 percent of children in China are now facing spine problems, largely due to poorly structured schoolbags and excessive weight. To address this issue, the backpack has been holistically optimized for the spinal health of children. It combines bionic design and structural innovation to balance and reduce pressure on the shoulders and spine, thus fostering the overall health of children.
- Inspiration
- Inspired by the flying fish, which use their fins to balance in water and disperse gravity while gliding through the air, the design team has bionically created a dual wraparound system that encompasses 720 degrees for load reduction, thereby optimizing comfort during use. Aesthetically, the backpack is available in various color options. It is further adorned with a dreamy nebula pattern, symbolizing the endless journey of learning and the pursuit of dreams in the vast universe of knowledge.
- Project Duration
- The design and development of this backpack started in Xiamen, in June 2023. It will be introduced to the Chinese market in July 2024.
