Over Next Collection Woonwijk

Next Collection is een woonwijk ontworpen in relatie tot het landschap van Green Cape. Het gebouw bestaat uit drie onafhankelijke vleugels die op een podium zijn geplaatst dat een tuin bevat. Het dak wordt gebruikt als sociale ruimte met een restaurant, een bar en een zwembad. De indeling van de vleugels ondersteunt een duidelijke doorstroming tussen de appartementen en de tuin op het podium. Het interieur volgt een minimalistische benadering met een nautisch thema en een rustig kleurenpalet. Het ontwerp combineert organische vormen met de omliggende topografie.
